two horse racing - Reviews

There is nothing quite like seeing a horse race live. The energy and excitement of everyone around. The cheering and hopes of people. That bitter/sweet feeling when the best horse crosses the line first.

All of this is only possible in the confines of the cathedrals we know as horse racing tracks. We at ND Racing Commission are here to give our thoughts on some of these tracks.

Here are some of the absolute best horse racing tracks in the United States.

Churchill Downs

Located in Kentucky, this track was opened way back in 1875. Until now, it still operates in Louisville and is known as the home of the Kentucky Derby. The Kentucky is currently the longest running sports event in the country.

The track is known for its twin spires and 147 acres. Famous people from have come and visited this prestigious track such as Muhammad Ali, Jack Nicholson, and even Queen Elizabeth.

Saratoga Race Course

The Saratoga Race Course is another iconic race track. It has a very country vibe that allows the whole family to enjoy its atmosphere. It has a capacity of 50,000 which means there will be electricity in the air.

Currently there are three different tracks within the main course. A main dirt track, a turf track, and an inner turf track as well.

This race track is particularly interesting and important as legendary horses Secretariat and Man o’ War have run here.

Recently, the track has added twilight racing. In this race, the first race post time is at 2:30 in the afternoon.

These are only some of the great and best tracks that you can visit. If you enjoy horse racing and betting on horse races, you should research on more tracks you should visit.
